We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage our Smart Point locations in Idukki and Wayanad, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of Smart Point locations in Idukki and Wayanad.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product quality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Smart Point services in the local area.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail management, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
