Job Description
This role focuses on managing administrative functions and facility operations at MSSRF. The Assistant Manager will ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, oversee asset and inventory management, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including booking and smooth functioning of training halls
• Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and accurate record-keeping of facility usage
• Oversee maintenance of infrastructure, including electrical and electronic assets
• Maintain and manage asset inventory, including periodic verification and reporting
• Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and disposal of assets in consultation with stakeholders
• Provide administrative support to the Centre, including coordination with head office teams
• Organize meetings, events, and handle official communication and correspondence
• Manage guest house and dormitory operations, including bookings, housekeeping, and billing
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards across the premises
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities
• Liaise with local community, authorities, and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
• Supervise security operations, vendor coordination, and contract renewals
Qualification:
Any Graduate with proficiency in MS Office
Experience:
• 6–10 years of experience in administration & facility management
• Experience handling local government bodies, municipality, and corporation (preferred)
• Languages: English & Malayalam (mandatory)
• Preference for local candidates
